CABER, established in 1968,
since the origin developed it vocation to produce high quality
in foodstuff.
CABER launched its-self with the product "Salamoia Bolognese" a
seasoning (ideal substitute af salt) typical of the ancient italian
gourmet tradition make up of aromatic herbs freshly harvested and
sea salt.
CABER accaompanied the "Salamoia Bolognese" offering
a series of spices and aromatic herb Products like the ready mixed
poweder for "Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino". Appreciated
both in the home market and abroad for its original taste.
In 1990, conformed by the affection of its ever increasing clientele
and encouraged by popular demand CABER launches its new line of "Special
Products" a selection of traditional italian foodstuff that
completes the range of caber's high quality products.
