An answer to consumers' necessities: CABER, during the year 2000 it has been creating the brand BIOCABER wich marks every product cultivated biologically, the first among caber goods is already available on the market, "Salamoia Bolognese", the company's historical product.
 
Caber has decided to be part of CCPB (Consorzio per il controllo dei prodotti biologici, a society which controls the quality of biologic products); situated in Bologna it has among its partners the most important and competitive companies in their respective business area.
By this way CABER guarantees the best to its consumers in term of quality and severity in checking the derivationof each ingredient and of its biologic products.
     
 
  During 2001 Caber started the production of Bolognese Salt 100% organic. All ingredients are organics certified 100% by the Bologna C.C.P.B.
 
   
 
 
“Orisoup Caber” is a very unique product for these characteristics:
- All the agriculture ingredients are certified by    the Bologna C.C.P.B. 100% organic.
- Our recipe does not include glutamate.
- “Orisoup” is granular to improve the solubility in    water.
- The package is glass jar perfect to keep aroma.

  Caber mix for the preparation of the famous "Spaghetti with garlic, oil and hot pepper" 100% Organic.
It's ideal for the easy preparation of this famous recipe. The preparation in done "cold" in other words without having to fry; so resulting in an easily digested dish without having to forfeit the flovour.
The product can also be used ad a flavourer and it adds "a pinch more flavour" to every type of food.
