Our mushrooms are obtained through a natural drying process and hence maintain
all the intrinsic qualities of the porcini mushroom.They are carefully
selected and are classified under the denomination "special type" and "extra
type" (which are determined by the law) and represent the very
highest quality.
They are ideal in meals with pasta, scallops, meat in general, etc... |

| Our product is prepared
manually and is mixed balancing all the various types of mushrooms
and excluding cultivated mushrooms these three factors make up
the "mixed caber wood" product. It is an ideal side-dish
for meat in general and salami, and is an excellent hors d'oeuvre
or eaten together with cheese. |
