We have been producing "Bolognese Salt" since 1968 and
it recalls the herbal salt which is typical
of our area, and is a popular old tradition. The product is
made up of salt (with particular characteristics and granular
structure), mixed with herbs and aromatic plants (rosmary,
garlic and sage), which come from our hillside production plant
and which are freshly harvested and produced. The Bolognese
Salt is proposed as a substitute to salt as
a tasty ingredient to add to a large variety
of foods and which gives them a typically mediterranean taste.
It is ideal for any type of meat, fish, sauces, potatoes,
soup, etc…
